Trying bananas
So today we started giving Kennedi bananas. She's done good with rice cereal, peas, and sweet potatoes... so today was bananas. Does she like them? You be the judge.

More latest and greatest...
Okay... so the news here is... nothing much. Kennedi has gone crazy trying to learn and do new things. Since she was 12 hours old, she knew how to hold her head up. Now she has improved those neck muscles and holds her head up a lot on her own. She's also done the rolling over thing... front to back and back to front... and she does it without having to give her a treat like many dogs require. Our living room is becoming smaller and smaller with all of her toys lying around. First it was the swing... then the swing and bouncy chair... then the swing, bouncy chair, and play mat... and now the jumperoo too. It doesn't seem to matter what she is in or on... as long as she can see what's on tv, she is happy. Mommy lets her watch cartoons - her favorite seems to be Chuggington and Thomas. (Dad - you now have someone else to buy Thomas stuff for).
As far as Kayla and I... we don't sleep much. We still eat in shifts, but not as often. I moved to the 6-2:30 shift at work, monday thru friday, so once Kayla goes back to work in January, I'll be home about the same time as she is. In the mean time, she has started making cake bites to sell. I took an order form up to my work and after the first day, she had 9 dozen to make with more orders coming in. We've decided to put the proceeds in a savings account for Kennedi. If this ordering trend continues... Kennedi will have a Corvette faster than me... and Kayla may have to quit her job to keep up with the baking orders.
As far as the house, we haven't had a lot of time to do much to it for some reason... so the only thing I've done lately is plant some grass in the front and back yard. I've gotten some to grow so far, but we'll see if it decides to stick around and come back in the spring.
And now... picture and video time! Yay!
